Due to the consumable nature of our products, Akme Organic does not offer refunds.

Important Notice

We do not issue refunds for:

Change of mind.

Personal reaction or intolerance.

Delayed delivery due to courier issues.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may only be issued if:

The wrong product was shipped, or

The product arrived severely damaged.

All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with proper evidence.

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
