All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless otherwise stated.
Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across Pakistan (and internationally where specified).
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, remote locations, or public holidays.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
The wrong product was delivered, or
The product arrived severely damaged or defective.
Returns
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or refunded.
